This is a full-time road warrior role for a Senior Sales Representative at Architectural Precast Innovations. This position will focus on NY, NJ, MD business and will spend the majority of time on the road and the remainder of time in hybrid from your home. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. They will collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Provides accurate sales information through updated flash reports, bid pipeline, bid calendar, and customer profiles.
  • Integral part of developing of action plan to penetrate new markets and/or products.
  • Responsible for maintaining and establishing an “outside” presence within the Precast, Construction and Architects sphere of influence.
  • Coordinate and manage the business unit sales budget process
  • Assist President/CEO and VP of Construction Management with special projects
  • Assures timely and accurate proposals are completed assuring all factors are calculated.

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • Prior experience (5+ years) in sales/estimating of Precast Concrete required
  • Able to read and interpret design drawings, blueprints and engineering production drawings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Excel

The Precast Concrete Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting existing precast business, managing key precast accounts, as well as developing and pursuing new business to grow our overall sales, profitability.

This position also serves as our technical precast expert internally and externally to our customers and represents us in the precast industry.

  • Develop and manage new opportunity pipeline
  • Develop strategies for specific opportunities, in conjunction with local teams
