Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide FaMe shuttering solutions that meet their requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract and acquire new customers for Elematic for FaMe shuttering solutions.
- Promote and sell FaMe solutions to customers through effective communication, technical presentation, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FaMe solutions to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and grow FaMe sales, and provide new leads for all Elematic solutions (including spare and wear parts, equipment, service, etc.) within the region.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and services.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales or related field.
- Looking for candidates who have recently completed a bachelor's degree (within the last 1-2 years).
