Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is in immediate need of a Plant Maintenance Technician. The Plant Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide range of services in order to keep the building and grounds in top condition.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Maintenance Technician maintains the safety and functionality of the building and grounds to ensure the efficient running of the building
  • Responsible for a wide range of services including repairs and maintenance, carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, furnishings, HVAC, parking, snow removal and grounds maintenance
  • Make minor repairs to and installs equipment in or on buildings
  • Safely operate common hand and power tools in the installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities
  • Perform heavy labor and semiskilled manual tasks involved in helping workers in a variety of crafts

Education & Experience:

  • Can fluently speak, read and write English
  • Advanced knowledge in all repair tactics for a wide range of systems, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.

Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is in immediate need of a Diesel/Equipment Mechanic. The Diesel Mechanic will perform various duties in order to maintain and fix company vehicles and equipment and diesel engines.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, as well as preventative maintenance, on construction equipment and large trucks.
  • Troubleshoot/analyze/diagnose issues with diesel engines
  • Be able to read and understand parts and equipment manuals
  • Determine what parts and tools are necessary to make repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance on heavy trucks and equipment
  • Keep trucks and equipment in good working condition
  • Complete shop paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs
  • Follow all health and safety laws and guidelines, as well as common-sense safety practices

Education & Experience:

  • ASE certification is highly desired
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with diesel/heavy equipment repair

To oversee all aspects of hauling and maintenance. To manage bridge projects to guarantee the success of the project.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise dispatcher to ensure timely delivery on all projects.
  • Interview, hire and discipline drivers, as needed.
  • Administer and maintain training program. Including ride along testing of drivers with various type of loads.
  • Monitor all drivers’ expenses and sign off on their expenses.
  • Establish routes and staging on all projects to eliminate unforeseen problems.
  • Maintain DOT driver qualification files and other requirements up to date including drug testing.
  • Monitor changes in State and Federal regulation requirements.
  • Oversee drivers’ safety meetings.
  • Initiate and work with all drivers to improve our safety performance.
  • Conduct all activities in a fashion that complies with Coreslab Structures Safety Standards.
  • Check invoices (owner operators, rentals, etc.) to ensure correctness.
  • Monitor and control freight costs to achieve goals.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor that proper maintenance is being done on all equipment.
  • Ensure work orders, PO’s, parts, and materials received are correct, making sure that we are receiving the best possible price for all parts and materials.
  • Track to achieve a minimum inventory, while preventing delays of equipment repairs.
  • Prepare and submit capital requests.
  • Track and update bridge schedules.
  • Review job with sales including schedules, drawings, specs., mix designs, or long lead time items.
  • Coordinate with Production, General Contractors and erectors for delivery and erection of our product.
  • Administer licensing and titles for all vehicles.

Education & Experience:

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to maintain good attitude under stressful and changing conditions.
  • Self-starter, ability to get results with minimal direction.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations a plus.

Summary: The Facilities Custodian is responsible for ensuring clean and safe work areas by performing the general cleaning of floors, workspaces, storage areas, etc.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform general cleaning and related custodial duties for plant, manufacturing areas, warehouse, shipping areas, offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and break areas.
  • Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment such as sweepers, scrubbers, buffers, forklifts, etc.
  • Remove excess materials and waste from work areas
  • Maintain clean floors and work areas throughout plant
  • Execute other duties as assigned.
