PCI develops, maintains and disseminates the Body of Knowledge for the precast concrete structures industry through councils, committees, subcommittees, and task groups. These four PCI Group types are made up of hundreds of volunteers representing all major stakeholders in the industry, collectively investing more than 30,000 hours annually.

Membership Council

Purpose: To create and manage member value and monitor member satisfaction. Mission: To be the steward of all PCI membership programs, including those that seek to increase the membership (member recruitment), those that seek to retain existing members (member retention), and those that seek to increase member participation (member engagement).

Associate Supplier/Services Member Committee

Chair: Mr. James Renda
Staff Liaison: Ms. Natalie Martin

Purpose: Updating fellow committee members on issues of importance, to consult with the membership to understand their concerns, interests, and priorities, including such topics as dues, representation, leadership succession, industry events and best practices and to represent their interests on the BOD. Mission: Provide guidance to PCI on improving existing programs, practices and policies and other issues of concern to the Associate membership.

Leadership PCI Committee

Purpose: To support the committee mission by maintaining the highest standard of the LPCI Program through review of program applications and facilitated curriculum such that confident leaders emerge ready to engage at both local and national PCI levels. Mission: The Leadership PCI Steering Committee is committed to identifying and training future industry leaders to ensure the highest industry retention rate possible.

Mission: To increase member participation via committee work, event attendance and member programs.

Membership Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

Purpose: To strengthen our industry by actively encouraging our membership to consist of persons with diverse backgrounds and experiences, and in doing so, bring increased innovation and financial value to our industry. Mission: To create awareness around the value of diversity and an atmosphere of inclusivity within our industry.
