All new proctors must read and sign the Agreement to Administer PCI Examinations before exam requests can be fulfilled. Proctor Agreements for new proctors must accompany each exam request. PCI will contact the party requesting the proctored exam if there are any questions about the exam request or the selected proctor.

PCI will notify you when the proposed proctor is approved. The approval process may delay the receipt of examinations. The candidate for certification is responsible for proposing a suitable proctor and paying any of the proctor’s associated fees. The exam location and dates are decided by agreement between the candidate and the proctor.

Proctors must hold a professional engineer’s license and cannot be related to or employed by the same company as an examinee.
