Proj Overview

Situated along Route 10 in Parsippany, New Jersey, The District at 15fifteen is a transformative mixed-use development that revitalizes a former office complex into a vibrant town center. The project encompasses 498 luxury residential units, approximately 60,000 square feet of retail and dining space, and a comprehensive suite of amenities designed to foster community engagement.

The integration of the parking garage within The District at 15fifteen exemplifies thoughtful urban planning, balancing the needs of vehicular accommodation with the pedestrian-friendly design of the town center. By providing ample parking solutions, the development ensures convenience for its diverse user base, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the community hub.

Precast concrete was utilized due to its durability, cost-effectiveness, and expedited construction timelines. Precast concrete components can be manufactured off-site and assembled quickly, minimizing disruption to the surrounding area and accelerating project completion.
