- Total square footage of the project was 16,000 sq ft
- The owner wanted a unique design, and the architect came up with the design of the hexagonal patterning on the walls – manufactured using micro-etching.
Project/Precast Scope
- The IIMN project scope included the renovation of the existing 21,000 square-foot building and the addition of a 16,000 + square-foot wing for more and better-quality classroom space, conference and meeting room spaces, and additional office space to enhance the services and classes the Institute provides.
- Architectural Insulated Wall (47 pieces – 4,327 sq ft)
- Architectural Solid Wall (7 pieces – 424 sq ft)
- Structural Solid Wall (6 pieces – 1,841 sq ft)
- Mostly did exterior walls but also did some interior walls around the elevator and stairway
