Proj Overview

Project Overview

Aurora's City government was quickly outgrowing its outdated facility, and desperately needed to consolidate multiple satellite operations under one roof. Throughout the design process the Aurora City Council and City staff asked for a building that would reflect the rich traditions of the City and give architectural form to the dignity of their government.

Precast Solution

Budget, schedule and Rocky Mountain Prestress’ total precast approach were key factors in the design team’s selection of structure type for this high profile project
