PROJECT OVERVIEW
Doubling the size of a warehouse facility may seem like a challenging undertaking, however, construction is efficient with the use of Insulated Sandwich Walls. The flexibility of insulated sandwich wall panels helped Compass Commercial Construction Group to construct Phase 2 of a warehouse expansion project in one summer.
PRECAST SOLUTION
County Materials manufactured and delivered 103 Insulated Sandwich Wall (ISW) panels to an industrial park southeast of Lafayette, IN. Sitting just off of Veterans Memorial Parkway, a 157,000 sq. ft. warehouse, home to several companies, was set to double in size. Insulated Sandwich Walls were the ideal choice for this demanding job because they are manufactured to meet project specifications and are ready to erect upon arrival.
The wall panels were designed and manufactured so they could precisely line up with and be connected to the existing building. They matched the look and met the exact needs and functions of the warehouse facility. Each ISW panel was also engineered to meet the requirements of the additional trades that will be working on the building.
