Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate Revit models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building coordination purposes from 2D drawings.
  • Compile project models from subcontractors into Navisworks.
  • Perform clash detection of building systems and document & track resolutions.
  • Embed 3D models with accurate product data that can be utilized for pricing and quantity take-offs.
  • Verify compliance with the project’s Scope of Work.
  • Collaborate with design disciplines to ensure precast products meet the requirements for integrated systems.
  • Develop a Revit site model and Foundation Utility and Site Improvements (FUSI) plan to find and resolve site issues.
  • Generate cut/fill analysis for projects to minimize downstream construction costs.
  • Generate survey point data for all foundations, embeds, and precast layout to be used by the foundation subcontractor and precast erection crew.

Education & Experience:

  • You possess general knowledge of building construction.
  • Experience modeling mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems preferred.
  • You are detail-oriented and enjoy creative problem-solving.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in precast/pre-stressed concrete, working knowledge of Civil 3D, and knowledge of civil surveying/drafting is a plus.
  • Candidates with working experience using Autodesk’s Revit and Navisworks software will receive first consideration along with individuals having experience in general building construction and MEPFP systems.

This position is accountable for preparing complete sets of drawings including multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings. Assignments regularly require the use of mathematical formula to compute quantities depicted on the drawings. Performs many assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. The Pre-Stressed Concrete Inspector is responsible for oversight of the fabrication facility's quality assurance on behalf of Bureau Veritas's client. The client's for these assignments are typically state Departments of Transportation or construction contractors. The inspector must have significant knowledge of Precast/Prestressed Concrete and demonstrable experience in a similar position. The skills required for this position include:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with the Project Manager to determine the specific requirements of a given work order, including the scope of work, deliverables, schedule, and budget for a particular assignment;
  • Communication with the Project Manager, fabrication shops, contractors, and other third parties to resolve schedule issues;
  • Ensure that the services provided are performed in accordance with the project requirements and contract with the client;
  • Generate and process timesheets, billing reports, and inspection reports in an expeditious and thorough manner, complying with all applicable deadlines. All reports must be submitted typewritten using Microsoft Word/Adobe Acrobat and must be electronically transmitted to the Project Manager;

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Maintenance Technician maintains the safety and functionality of the building and grounds to ensure the efficient running of the building
  • Responsible for a wide range of services including repairs and maintenance, carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, furnishings, HVAC, parking, snow removal and grounds maintenance
  • Make minor repairs to and installs equipment in or on buildings
  • Safely operate common hand and power tools in the installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Forecasts costs for new projects.
  • Able to read and complete a comprehensive product takeoff from plans and specifications.
  • Compiles data to estimate all sales costs based on plans and specifications.
  • Considers current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry; experience with Prestressed/Precast concrete products is a plus.
  • Relies on judgment and limited experience to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.

Education & Experience:

  • Can fluently speak, read and write English
  • Minimum Associates degree in Construction
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Bluebeam software a plus (will be required to learn)

Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is in immediate need of a Project Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate engineering, drafting, production and subcontractor activities of our precast concrete projects to satisfy the company’s contractual scope of work. Manage project budgets and the company’s relationship with the customer during construction and close out.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing sales documents through the final contract
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the sales proposal, estimate, specifications, contract documents and all correspondence for the specific project
  • Developing the overall project schedule, including setting dates for submittals, approval returns, material lists, and production drawings starts, release dates to production, transportation, and delivery dates
  • Arranging for the turnover of all sales information to the Engineering Department
  • Maintaining of official job file
  • Initiating client contact and coordinating the execution of Coreslab Structures contractual obligations.
  • Arranging for the fabrication, display and approval of sample pieces
  • Procuring mix designs and miscellaneous material specifications for approval
  • Submitting requests for information (RFI’s or CCM’s) to the General Contractor to resolve errors and inconsistencies in the contract documents
  • Coordinate schedules with outside vendors of items to be “Furnished and/or Installed by others” in the plant
  • Pricing and final negotiation of change orders
  • Updating and distribution of documents to support changes in the contract
  • Monitoring the overall schedule of all activities
  • Establishing general sequence of erection and informing Engineering Department
  • Attending job site meetings, periodic client meetings and informing the Engineering and Sales Departments of any pertinent changes
  • Scheduling and administration of pre-production meetings
  • Making periodic physical inspections of each product in the yard and initiating appropriate changes if necessary
  • Scheduling and administration of pre-erection meetings emphasizing unusual conditions and items requiring special attention
  • Arranging and executing the final punch list inspection with client
  • Coordinate the activities of outside consultants if engaged
  • Release drawings from outside consultants
  • Check to ensure that drawings from the outside consultants are PSL compliant
  • Check to ensure that shop tickets and steel sheets from outside consultants are put into PSL & PSLSTL

Education & Experience:

  • High-school graduate / GED
  • Can fluently speak, read and write English

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read a tape measure and recognize measurements on blueprints and diagrams
  • Computer literacy to include basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word, internet and email
