Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • AutoCAD 2018 or higher experience preferred - 3D Modeling is a plus (Revit, Inventor).
  • Must possess the ability to read and interpret sketches
  • Ability to read construction plans (Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Software (AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, MathCAD, etc.)
  • Self-starter, motivated with ability to start and finish a project on time

Summary:

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. supplies a highly integrated series of professional engineering and quality assurance/quality control services worldwide that span the steel, concrete, paint, mechanical, and construction industries. We are currently seeking PCI Certified Concrete Inspectors (Plant Quality Control Technician) (certified through the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute) and Level II Certification to perform shop inspection for the Pittsburgh, PA and Southwestern PA.

The Electrical/Communications (E/C) Sales Representative shall sell the Company’s specialized Electrical/Communications vaults and related precast concrete products and act as a company representative in the Southeast US marketplace.  The E/C Sales Representative is also responsible for maintaining favorable relationships with current and prospective customers.  In addition, the role is responsible for achieving sales goals, ensuring the profitability of their assigned accounts, gathering business intelligence, monitoring both direct and alternate product competitors, accessing and forecasting economic conditions and developing short and long-term sales strategies to increase sales volume, market share and profits.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Precast Concrete Sales Rep Job Opportunity

Summary:

The education manager will ensure that PCI is providing quality continuing education programs to the design and construction communities (our marketplace) and to the membership. The education manager will support the administration of all Institute education programs, including development and distribution of announcements, seminar registrations, and course evaluation and feedback. The education manager will be the main contact to national and state groups that certify education programs related to the precast concrete industry and ensure that all our industry programs meet continuing education requirements of various national groups. The education manager will manage and update education procedural manuals and all record keeping databases for continuing education.

Education & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and management of professional education programs. Experience with IACET’s CEU program and/or AIA’s LU program.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (in communications, education, organizational management, marketing, or related degree) plus a minimum of five years related adult education experience.
  • Association experience is a plus.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
