These will be used to demonstrate various examples of Precast Concrete products and systems resolving the spatial needs of the project while providing a safe and secure structure in a serious storm event.

  2. Identify the components and attributes of a Precast Concrete Storm Shelter with focus on precast concrete details.
  3. Discuss the benefit of combining aesthetic and structure: from cost, available FEMA funding, and sustainable perspectives.
  4. Discuss using a Precast Concrete system for a new project, with consideration for integration into existing structures and aesthetics, or as a stand-alone project.

Dave began his career with and has worked for Prestressed Casting Co. for the past 33 years. That time has been spent working both in the design side of the company as a Project Coordinator and Drafting Manager and then in the project development side as a Technical Advisor, Estimator, and is currently serving as Vice President of Sales.
