2024 PCI Mid-Atlantic Summer Membership Meeting
Please join us for family fun and industry updates as we return to Annapolis, Maryland, for PCI Mid-Atlantic’s Summer Membership Meeting. We’ll be celebrating Mardi Gras-style this year! Come dressed wearing something in the Carnival colors — purple, green, and gold – Thursday evening. There will be prizes for “Best Dressed!”

Registration
FEES. A registration fee of $125 will be required for each adult (18 years and older) attendee. Children attend free.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. We welcome sponsors at this event! Two types of sponsorships are available:
- Tabletops in the meeting space: $750 per tabletop (first come, first serve, limit 16)
- Sponsorship options: $500 each
- Marching Band (limit 2)

AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy and PCI Code of Conduct. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All registration cancellations received in writing by July 18, 2024 will be full refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee. Due to PCI Mid-Atlantic's financial obligations, no refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
PAYMENT. Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
