*You may register your spouse or partner for this event. Co-workers, business associates or anyone else who works directly with the precast concrete industry is not considered a guest.
Hotel Accommodations and Room Rate
A hotel discounted room rate of $199/night + tax at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District has been negotiated. Book your group rate for PCI Room Block. Reservation deadline is December 20, 2024. Onsite valet parking is $53 per night. The Plant Riverside Parking Garage is $45 per night,
along with some limited options for street parking.
Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Antitrust Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors our activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand this agreement.
All attendees are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the meeting topics prior to discussion and should recuse themselves from voting or discussion on any matter where a conflict exists. Please refer to the PCI Conflict of Interest Policy for further details.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration closes January 7, 2025. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
