Our Annual Meeting will be held, June 17-19, 2026, at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC. In addition to our annual business meeting, with table-top exhibits, planned events include receptions on Wednesday and Thursday, and dinner on Friday. Plus, on Wednesday morning, we’ll have our annual golf tournament at Heron Point. This year we are also adding G/C PCI Committee meetings to the agenda to help our members stay informed on what is happening in our region. Additionally, we have lots of optional activities available for the whole family to enjoy! As always, we have scheduled plenty of free time to enjoy the island. Casual resort attire is appropriate for all events.

New this year we are excited to share that Patrick Houlahan, Founder and CEO of Strategic Leadership Consulting, LLC, will lead a leadership seminar on Thursday and be our keynote speaker on Friday morning.  A former U.S. Marine Corps Colonel and “Top Gun” graduate, Patrick served as a fighter pilot and instructor with over 2,800 flight hours, training more than 500 aircrew and leading in high-stakes environments around the world. Following his distinguished military career, he delivered more than 450 keynotes and leadership engagements for top organizations including Verizon, ExxonMobil, Medtronic, and VMware. Drawing on decades of experience in elite military aviation and executive consulting, Patrick equips leaders with practical, battle-tested strategies to drive alignment, accountability, and exceptional performance. This is a not to be missed event!  Members, their partners, and children 16 and older are also welcome to attend Patrick’s leadership seminar.

Events will be held at the Sea Pines Resort facilities, including the Harbour Town Clubhouse, the Sea Pines Beach Club, and more. Spouses and children are welcome at social events and receptions.

Guest & Family Registration
A guest is defined as:  An accompanying person who is a family member, spouse or partner of a registered attendee and who is not directly involved in the precast concrete industry. To register your guest, open 'Guest/Family Registration' in the program section below. To register your children, select the appropriate registration type based on their ages. Children must all be from your immediate family.

We have scheduled receptions for members and your families on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings sponsored by our Premier Associate and Associate Member hosts. We are soliciting sponsors for these events. We can’t do it without your generous support.

Sea Pines Resort Souvenir Glass or Picture Frame Painting  - Clubhouse Gazebo (Additional fee required)
Open to artists of all ages!  Let your creativity shine as you decorate your own Sea Pines Resort Souvenir Glass and picture frame to take home.  This event is open to all skill levels, so everyone is welcome to participate.

Pickle Ball Social – Sea Pines Resort Tennis Club (Additional fee required)
By popular demand, we will have two pickle ball sessions this year.  Please register for one (or both) of the sessions to ensure your spot for our pickle ball social. All skill levels and ages are welcome. Our Sea Pines pickle ball pro will serve as our guide for this event.

Sea Pines Forest Preserve Wagon Ride (Additional fee required)
Sit back, relax and experience the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Learn about the history of the preserve while searching for alligators and various birds’ native to the island. Enjoy the beauty of the plant life and animals that live within. Please meet the Sea Pines shuttle at the Harbour Town Clubhouse at 2:00pm for transportation to the preserve.

Friday Evening Entertainment - Dinner and Concert (Included in registration)
Join us under the Liberty Oak for a closing dinner with G/C PCI.  We’ll follow dinner with a concert by our very own AJ Ishikawa and The Concrete at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. Don't miss out on the fun and memories—this is the perfect way to close out our event!

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships include items listed below as well as signage at the event, verbal recognition at the membership meeting, a promotional G/C PCI social media post about your company/products, and inclusion in pre- and post-event emails. Additionally, sponsorships at the $750  level or above will receive an opportunity to give a 3-5 minute presentation during the G/C PCI membership meeting on Friday morning about their company/products.
