
Our Annual Meeting will be held, June 17-19, 2026, at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC. In addition to our annual business meeting, with table-top exhibits, planned events include receptions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Plus, on Wednesday morning. we’ll have our annual golf tournament at Heron Point. Additionally, we have lots of optional activities available for the whole family to enjoy! As always, we have scheduled plenty of free time to enjoy the island. Casual resort attire is appropriate for all events.

Events will be held at the Sea Pines Resort facilities, including the Harbour Town Clubhouse, the Sea Pines Beach Club, and more. Spouses and children are welcome at social events and receptions.

Guest & Family Registration
A guest is defined as: An accompanying person who is a family member, spouse or partner of a registered attendee and who is not directly involved in the precast concrete industry. To register your guest, open 'Guest/Family Registration' in the program section below. To register your children, select the appropriate registration type based on their ages. Children must all be from your immediate family.
Receptions & Networking Events* (Included in registration fee)
We have scheduled receptions for members and your families on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings sponsored by our Premier Associate and Associate Member hosts. We are soliciting sponsors for these events. We can’t do it without your generous support.
*Please note the Premier Associate Mixology Event on Thursday is open only to Producer Members and Premier Associate Members. If you’d like information on becoming a G/C PCI Premier Associate Member please contact marti.harrell@gcpci.org.
Wednesday Golf Tournament – Heron Point Golf Course
Tee times will begin at 7:03am and will be assigned closer to our event. Additional fee required. Golfers should meet at the Heron Point Clubhouse at least 20 minutes prior to their assigned tee time. We’ll play a “Scramble” format. Awards will be given for the three top-ranked teams (including the Finsen Cup for the first place team) and skill prizes for long drives and closest-to-the-pin. All levels of golfers are welcome. If you’re not golfing, Sea Pines Resort offers many other activities - beach, pool, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, etc.
Sea Pines Resort Souvenir Glass & Picture Frame Painting - Clubhouse Gazebo (Additional fee required)
Open to artists of all ages! Let your creativity shine as you decorate your own Sea Pines Resort Souvenir Glass and picture frame to take home. This event is open to all skill levels, so everyone is welcome to participate.
Pickle Ball Social – Sea Pines Resort Tennis Club (Additional fee required)
By popular demand, we will have two pickle ball sessions this year. Please register for one (or both) of the sessions to ensure your spot for our pickle ball social. All skill levels and ages are welcome. Our Sea Pines pickle ball pro will serve as our guide for this event.
Sea Pines Forest Preserve Wagon Ride (Additional fee required)
Sit back, relax and experience the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Learn about the history of the preserve while searching for alligators and various birds’ native to the island. Enjoy the beauty of the plant life and animals that live within.
Friday Evening Entertainment - Dinner and Concert (included in registration)
Join us under the Liberty Oak for a closing dinner with G/C PCI. We’ll follow dinner with a concert by our very own AJ Ishikawa and The Concrete at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. . Don't miss out on the fun and memories—this is the perfect way to close out our event!

AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Cancellations must be received by May 12, 2026. All refund requests must be submitted to events@pci.org. An administrative fee of $50 per person will be deducted from all refunds. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after May 12, 2026. Substitutions can be made without penalty at any time.
Payment
Payment in full prior to the event is required. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
