Associate Member Sponsorships & Tabletops
Associate Annual Meeting Sponsors will be recognized in all handout materials and during the meeting. There are a limited number of tabletops available. Deadline is September 1, 2022. You must make your own room reservation. A hotel discounted room rate of $189 at the The Williams Inn has been negotiated; this rate and registration closes on September 3, 2022. Health and Safety
Most
Bershire businesses are acting in accordance with CDC recommendation to
mask up indoors. Many cultural institutions require proof of
vaccination. All visitors should check with each venue before arrival,
carry your vaccine card, and follow safety protocols set in place by
each business.
Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Antitrust Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration Closes September 12, 2022. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
Payment
Payment in full prior to the event is required. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
