Our Annual Meeting will be held, June 12-14, 2024, at the Sea Pines
Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC. In addition to our annual business
meeting, with table-top exhibits, planned events include receptions on
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. Plus, on Thursday, we’ll have
our annual golf tournament at Oyster Reef. The Pickleball Social will be
at the Sea Pines Resort Tennis Center. New this year we'll have a family-friendly Sip & Paint event on Thursday afternoon. We have scheduled plenty of free time to
enjoy the island. Bring the entire family. Casual resort attire is
appropriate for all events.

Venue – The Sea Pines Resort (Harbour Town Clubhouse and Conference Center)
Events will be held at the Sea Pines Resort facilities, including the Harbour Town Clubhouse, Harbour Town Conference Center and more. Spouses and children are welcome at all social events and receptions.

Guest & Family Registration
A guest is defined as: An accompanying person who is a family
member, spouse or partner of a registered attendee and who is not
directly involved in the precast concrete industry. To register your guest, open 'Guest/Family Registration' in the program section below.
Receptions & Networking Events (included in registration fee)
We have scheduled receptions for members and your families on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings sponsored by our Premier Associate and Associate Member hosts. We are soliciting sponsors for these events. We can’t do it without your generous support.
Thursday Golf Tournament – Oyster Reef (7:00 a.m. shotgun start. Separate fee required)
This year, we’ll play Oyster Reef golf course. This golf course is located outside Sea Pines Resort. Bus transportation will be provided to and from the golf course. The bus will depart from outside the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Conference Center at 6:00 a.m. We’ll play a “Scramble” format with a 7:00 a.m. shotgun start. Awards will be given for the three top-ranked teams (including the Finsen Cup for the first place team) and skill prizes for long drives and closest-to-the-pin. All levels of golfers are welcome. If not golfing, Sea Pines Resort offers many other activities - beach, pool, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, etc.
Friday Evening Entertainment
Back by popular demand following our Friday evening reception is “The Concrete!”. Our very own AJ Ishikawa, from Splice Sleeve, and his band will be performing hits like you’ve never heard them before. If you thought last year’s show was a blast, AJ is promising an even better show this year, complete with a special guest sitting in on guitar.
Sponsorships
Sponsorships include signage at the event, verbal recognition
at the membership meeting, a G/C PCI social media post tagging your
company, and inclusion in pre- and post-event emails. Additional benefits based on package are included in the descriptions below.
Agreements & Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy and PCI Code of Conduct. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Cancellations must be received by May 15, 2024. All refund requests must be submitted to events@pci.org. An administrative fee of $50 per person will be deducted from all refunds. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after May 15, 2024. Substitutions can be made without penalty at any time.
Payment
Payment in full prior to the event is required. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
