Ideas That Pay Off
Please send a description of your 'Idea That Pays Off' (with supporting photos, videos, etc.) to Randy Wilson at rwilson@pci.org by August 25 to be included in the program. The Architectural Committee Task Group will select four finalists to present during he dinner program where the attendees will select winners for the prize money. All those who submit an idea will be mentioned and recognized during the program, however, we will only have time for four, 10-minute presentations.

Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy and PCI Code of Conduct. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.

Registration

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration closes September 5. Cancellations received in writing by August 23 will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
Hotel and Travel
You
must make your own hotel reservation separate from your conference
registration. Receive a discounted rate of $185/night plus tax by

Attendee Attire
All attendees must wear closed-toed shoes. Shorts are not permitted. PPE will be provided.

Don't see an employee on your company roster when you 'Register Someone Else'?
Contact your PCI Company Administrator to add them to the
company roster. If you don't know your company admin, search for them on
the PCI Resources page.
Note: Once a new person is added to the company roster, you will be able to register them the following day.
An overnight refresh of the system is required to update newly added
records so they are recognized as members when registering.
Be sure to answer all questions fully and 'Save Responses.' You will be
unable to check out until the questions are answered and saved.
