PROJECT OVERVIEW
Health One Swedish Medical Center and its campus has been part of the community for 100 years and serves a steady and growing base of more than 200,000 patients annually. The organization needed a new parking structure to accommodate patients, visitors, and hundreds of employees, and they needed it quickly. Precast concrete not only met but exceeded the owner’s expectations for the 825-car structure, which was completed nearly two weeks ahead of schedule.

PRECAST SOLUTION
Having the new structure blend in with the existing structures was a key goal for the owner, along with minimal disruption to existing facilities. Compared to other construction methods, precast concrete met those goals handily and shortened the duration of on-site construction work. |
