Proj Overview

For over 40 years, Midland Garage Door Company has been manufacturing the longest-lasting, smoothest-running residential and commercial overhead garage doors. Along with variety and beauty, their doors are rugged and dependable. Which explains why when a new office and warehouse facility was needed, precast concrete, which is also known for its durability, was the material of choice!

The new facility, which is nearly double the size of the previous building, features an improved layout, expanded inventory capacity, and seven additional CPU service bays.

Coreslab Structures (Omaha) Inc. manufactured 124 insulated precast concrete wall panels for the project. Speed of construction, and the ability to build quickly during the winter months, were just some of the reasons precast concrete was chosen for the project. The 48,600 square feet of insulated precast concrete wall panels utilized formliners and a buff-colored concrete with a light sandblasted finish.
