PROJECT OVERVIEW

The addition of 730 spaces is intended to serve the retail, office, and residential projects under construction. The city wanted parking to complement and enhance the design of the surrounding buildings and neighborhood.

PRECAST SOLUTION

Intricate precast concrete façade includes cornice pieces and arched panels that echo classic architecture common in the Midwest.

Key Project Attributes
