Project Overview
The Center at
Lincoln is a (3) story 77,500 SF skilled nursing facility located in Parker,
CO. Prior to The Center at Lincoln,
patients in the Denver metro area who required skilled nursing and
rehabilitation had few choices other than to be admitted to a traditional
nursing home. Today, The Center at Lincoln provides additional choice to
patient seeking rehabilitative care in the Denver region and continues to
provide world class care to its patients.
Precast Solution
A precast concrete solution for this project provided clear spans and column free spaces allowing the design team flexibility in the programming phase of design. The Design Team made use of architectural load bearing wall panels with punched openings and stone textures to create the desired look for this unique project. |
