Proj Overview

77 K Street is a Class A office building in Washington, DC. The architects used acid-etched white cement precast panels and cast-in granite panels to create a striking façade with classic features. Unique precast architectural features included a mid-level and heavy upper level cornice, and cornice brackets. This project included 802 precast panels, totaling 62,440 SF.
