Avalon Bay Communities, Inc. has selected Strescon Limited of Burlington, MA, as it’s precast producer on it’s new Avalon Exeter Residences 28-story apartment building at the Prudential Center in Boston, MA. The 242,000-square-foot, 187 unit features studio, one-bedroom, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as retail space on the ground floors.

The architectural firm of Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the precast on Avalon Exeter, and John Moriarty and Associates is the contractor of the project. Strescon Limited has been contracted to manufacture and erect the 406 architectural precast concrete panels to enclose the building. The erection of the architectural precast concrete panels began in February 2013 and is scheduled to continue through the summer of 2013.
