AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
DEPOSIT. A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. The balance will be due by May 22, 2026.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. Written
cancellations received by May 22, 2026 will be refunded in full if the
vacancy can be filled from the wait-list. Cancellations after May 22, 2026 will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
HOTEL/MEALS. Reservations
will be made for all attendees at hotels and dinner venues. Event
planner Susan Perry will reach out to each attendee with details and
confirmations.
GUESTS/SPOUSES. A guest is defined as: An accompanying
person who is a family member, spouse or partner of a registered attendee and who is not directly involved in the
precast concrete industry.
