AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy, PCI Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the
individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and
other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or
attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional
affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities
throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. Please take a moment to carefully review the Code of Conduct and
Antitrust Policy. It’s your responsibility to understand and agree to
these guidelines before participating.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. To participate in the plant tour, all registrants must electronically
sign a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement. If you choose
not to sign, you won’t be able to attend the tour. Please take a moment
to read the waiver carefully and make sure you understand it—signing it
is your responsibility.
HOTEL. You must make your own hotel reservation separate from your conference registration. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All registration cancellations received in writing by September 9, 2025, will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations between September 10-26 will receive a 50% refund. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after September 26. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Submit
all requests to PCI Events.
