AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI
Antitrust Policy and PCI
Code of Conduct. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the
individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and
other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or
attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional
affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities
throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these
agreements and policies.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions. All
registration cancellations received in writing by August 20, 2024, will be
fully refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Due to financial obligations to
the venue, no refunds eill be issued after this date. Substitutions may be made
at any time without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
Hotel. You must make your own hotel reservation

Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement. All
registrants are required to electronically sign a Waiver
of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to attend the plant tour. Those who opt out of signing the
document will not be permitted to attend the plant tour.
Tabletop Exhibits and Sponsorships. All
Associate members or non-member suppliers of products or services to the
precast/prestressed concrete industry must secure a tabletop exhibit or other
sponsorship in order to attend this event. To secure a tabletop exhibit or

Payment. Payment in full is required in order
to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express,
Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Don't See an Employee on your List? Contact
your PCI Company Administrator to add them to your PCI roster. If you don't
know your Company Admin, search for them on the PCI Resources
page. Please be aware that your roster will need to refresh overnight in
order for them to show up on the list. You will be able to register them for
the event the morning after they are added to the roster.
