The Georgia/Carolinas Precast Concrete Economical Fabrication or PCEF Committee is a partnership of FHWA, Georgia DOT, North Carolina DOT, South Carolina DOT, Georgia/Carolinas PCI and several research universities. The Committee meets twice a year and has several assigned task groups.
