The NCDOT-PCI Joint Committee is a committee made up of North Carolina DOT (Structure Design, Materials & Tests, Construction, Bridge Management) and Georgia/Carolinas PCI Bridge Committee (transportation product precast/prestressed concrete fabricators). Meetings are often attended by representatives of FHWA NC District and state research universities (NC State and UNC Charlotte). The primary purpose of the Committee is to discuss DOT projects, concerns, details, research and industry solutions. The Committee typically meets three times a year, with periodic Technical Committee meetings scheduled as determined by the Committee.
