PCI Cares is pleased to announce its partnership with Urban Peak of Denver, CO, as the charity organization for the 2024 PCI Convention.
Urban Peak’s MISSION is to ignite the potential in youth to exit homelessness and create self-determined, fulfilled lives. It is their VISION that all Colorado youth have safe housing, supportive relationships, and the opportunity for self-sufficiency and success.
Urban Peak provides programs and services to help support youth experiencing homelessness in their journeys toward self-sufficiency.
- Urban Peak contacted 355 youth on the streets in 2022.
- In 2022, Urban Peak served 33,023 meals.
- They provided 10,029 nights of safety to individual youth in 2022.
- 176 young adults and children were provided with housing in 2022.
- 233 youth engaged in support services in 2022.
- 100% of youth have access to case management.
