Sarah Patrie, PE
Executive Director
The Northeast chapter of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Patrie, PE, as its Executive Director, effective February 1, 2024. In this role, she will lead efforts to advance the technical, marketing, and educational initiatives within the precast industry in New England and New York. With a dedicated mission to advocate for the design, manufacturing, and utilization of precast and prestressed concrete products and systems in the region.
Prior to joining PCINE, Sarah served as the Vice President of Transportation Services at the Associated General Contractors of New York State. She served as a technical expert addressing the real impacts on the construction industry created by the complexity of New York State’s current and future political, legal, and regulatory environment.
Before her tenure at AGC, Sarah held the position of Senior Project Manager and Engineer at D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. There, she successfully managed and completed projects totaling $40 million for various government and private clients.
A licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Sarah holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Her extensive background and leadership qualities position her well to contribute to the growth and success of the precast industry in the Northeast.
