In today's industry, managers face the challenge of harmonizing diverse personalities, disciplines, regulations, and customer expectations. This summit provides a unique platform for PCI-Certified Plant managers to gain invaluable insights into best practices for assessing, establishing, and sustaining an exceptional workplace culture.

Through interactive sessions and discussions, attendees will explore real-world challenges and effective strategies for transforming these challenges into opportunities for fostering a positive plant culture. Attendees will be provided with a link to take the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assessment. We will use these results to help attendees understand how using different conflict management styles affects interpersonal and group dynamics, empowering them to choose the best approach for any situation.

Emphasizing the pivotal role of a supportive and collaborative workplace environment, managers will discover how investing in culture can enhance talent retention, boost productivity, and elevate safety standards.

Guiding our summit is a seasoned professional consultant with a proven track record in leadership and culture development, boasting four years of collaboration with PCI Headquarters.

WHY ATTEND? Participants will not only define what constitutes a strong plant culture but also leave with tangible action items to kick-start positive change within their own facilities post-summit. Along with an opportunity to connect with fellow PCI Managers.

Don't miss this opportunity to cultivate a workplace culture that sets your plant apart.
