A 1-year program designed to increase retention of high potential individuals in our producer and associate member businesses and the precast, prestressed concrete industry.


Producer and Associate Members are invited to nominate and sponsor their best and brightest, those with a knack for leadership and commitment to the industry. We’re working to create a strong, vibrant precast, prestressed concrete community that invests in and celebrates future leaders with multiple annual precast plant visits and personal, professional, networking, and leadership development opportunities.

Candidate Considerations

  • Members may have 3-5 years of experience with an opportunity for leadership growth in producer and associate member companies.
  • No more than 2 individuals from the same company in any given year.
  • A 1-year program that commences at a Winter Meeting and concludes at the following year’s Winter Meeting.
  • Diverse participation encouraged – gender, ethnicity, company position (not just engineers), well-represented group of individuals (with typical group size of 10-12 on an annual basis)
