Proj Overview

Hunter Properties, owner of the Coleman Highline development in San Jose, Calif., wanted its parking facilities to tie in visually with other buildings on the site. As the development is built out, Hunter will require enough parking stalls for office, retail, apartment, and hotel tenants, as well as for soccer fans attending games at the Earthquakes soccer stadium across the street. There will also be parking demand from Caltrain commuters using the station at Coleman Highline to travel to San Jose International Airport.
