The QC Online Course will cover each day of course without the exam; however, the registration price includes one free proctored exam per level. All attendees are asked to schedule and take the exam in person with a registered proctor, at additional cost, after taking the course. The PCI Proctored Exam program will be discussed in the class and more information about PCI’s Proctored Exam Program and the PCI Personnel Certification Program will be provided upon registration.
The precast/prestressed concrete industry depends on a high level of quality in the concrete products and structures it produces. Although Level III is not itself an individual certification currently required by any category of plant certification, Level III offers distinct advantages over Levels I and II. The concepts are advanced and require considerable experience in a precast plant or an advance Civil Engineering or Technology degree. In addition to exploring in detail the individual components of concrete (like cement), advanced welding concepts are discussed and the unique process of harping elongated strands is reviewed. This course is four (4) sessions long.
Course books and a Dropbox link with additional course material, will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the course start. Please email education@pci.org if you would like your manual and materials sent earlier. School Fees Include training manuals. Training manuals will be sent via FedEx to your work address as set in your account upon receipt of paid registration, if you need them sent to a different address, please correct the address in your PCI account. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so please provide a physical address.

If you don't know your Company Admin, search for them on the PCI Resources page, or, reach out to Membership@pci.org for more information. Please be aware that your roster will need to refresh overnight in order for them to show up on the list. To participate fully in the course, participants will need internet access. This course will run via the GoToTraining.com software.
IMPORTANT: You will receive an email from customercare@gototraining.com after registering - please be sure to check your spam folder. This email contains the link you will need to join the online training session. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of registering, contact me so we can provide the link for you. This cannot be done after the start of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
School enrollment is limited; insufficient enrollment could result in class cancellation. In the event that PCI must cancel a course, your registration will be transferred to a future course or, at your request, can be fully refunded. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed to those attendees who cancel their registrations up to the start of the school. Cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable. Personnel substitutions are welcomed.
