For those flying to the meeting, The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is conveniently located near BWI Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle. For those driving, there is free self-parking in an adjacent covered garage.

AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT. Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy, PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.

 

REGISTRATION. $100 per person. Registration for meeting attendance must be made by Friday, February 28, 2025.

 

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All registration cancellations received in writing by February 28, 2025, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee. Due to financial obligations to the venue, no refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND ROOM RATE. A hotel discounted room rate of $160/night + tax has been negotiated. PCI Mid-Atlantic Winter Meeting Booking Link. Reservation deadline is Monday, February 17, 2025.

 

TABLETOP EXHIBITS AND SPONSORSHIPS. Space is limited! There are (13) tabletop spaces located inside the reception area and business meeting room for a fee of $500 each. All sponsor companies and logos will be promoted in the program and email promotional communications. Tables are 30" x 6'.

 

ATTIRE. Business Casual for all events.
