The Production Manager Summit will consist of 8 hours of facilitated discussion and learning along with a half day plant tour. It includes a pre-event conflict management assessment. All sessions and activities are designed to help PCI-Certified plant managers uncover key initiatives and build awareness around how to create a collaborative and supportive plant culture and operation. Day 1 will be a half day classroom style, interactive discussion. Day 2 will consist of a morning visit to Gage Brothers Concrete followed by a half day classroom discussion and group work sessions.

Gage Brothers Concrete has been one of PCI’s leading architectural and structural precast concrete producers since the 1960’s.  In 2007, Gage Brothers Concrete transition from a family-owned to an employee owned business through the implementation of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). Gage Brothers was awarded the Sioux Empires 2022 SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Workplace Excellence Award in Diversity signifying their commitment to company culture and embracing our differences. As an ESOP, Gage Brother’s leadership is employee culture focused and we could not ask for a better partner in this year’s Summit.

Space is limited to 50 Producers and 12 Associates.

 

LEADERSHIP SUMMIT ATTENDEE PRE-WORK. Prior to attending the Summit, we would like for you to complete an online Myers-Briggs TKI assessment. During the summit, you will be receiving your personalize Myers-Briggs TKI results which will be presented to you by our facilitator and Certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner, Kevin Martlage. To complete this part of the pre-work, you will receive a link in the event specific confirmation (not the generic "order" confirmation). You will be asked to create a quick user profile within the Myers-Briggs Elevate System. Once your profile has been created it will walk you through a series of questions which will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Once completed, your results will be collected by our facilitator and provided to you at the Summit.

AGREEMENTS, POLICIES,  AND CONSENT.

Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Antitrust Policy and PCI Code of Conduct. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. All registrants are required to electronically sign a Waiver of Liability to attend the plant tour. Those who opt out of signing the document will not be permitted to attend the plant tour.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All registration cancellations received in writing by July 8, 2024, will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Due to PCI's financial obligations, no refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.

PAYMENT. Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
