PCI develops, maintains and disseminates the Body of Knowledge for the precast concrete structures industry through councils, committees, subcommittees, and task groups. These four PCI Group types are made up of hundreds of volunteers representing all major stakeholders in the industry, collectively investing more than 30,000 hours annually.

Purpose: To support educational activities committees and represent their programs on the PCI Board of Directors Mission: To coordinate and prioritize educational endeavors of the institute and ensure proper funding of prioritized programs.

Purpose: To create, coordinate, and maintain PCI’s programs that support working professionals and PCI members. Mission: To be the steward of PCI continuing education programs and ensure quality, uniformity, and continuity of the institute’s educational activities targeting working professionals and PCI members.
Chair: Mr. Matthew Huslig, PE, LPCI, FPCI Staff Liaison: Ms. Bekki Missaggia
Purpose: To coordinate all PCI programs ideally suited for online delivery. Mission: Serve as liaison with other PCI committees to identify topics/programs to be delivered via the PCI Online Academy. Develop requests for proposals (RFP) that will be solicited and reviewed for online courses that will advance the precast, prestressed concrete industry in new and existing markets.
