*You may register your spouse or partner for this event. Co-workers, business associates or anyone else who works directly with the precast concrete industry is not considered a guest.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. Registration has been extended until January 10, 2026. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days of the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit any cancellation or substitution requests to events@pci.org.
AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
HOTEL. You must make your own hotel reservation separate from your meeting registration. A hotel discounted room rate of $123/night + tax at has been negotiated. Book your group rate for the Georgia/Carolinas PCI Winter Meeting at the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel, 31 Woodfin Street Asheville, North Carolina, 28801. The reservation deadline is December 30, 2025.
