Registration Policies

Registration for the Tour is limited to PCI Producer member company employees only. If you are an Associate member and would like to attend the event, reach out to Trice Turner (tturner@pci.org) to learn about sponsorship opportunities.

Plant Tour Transportation

PCI provides transportation to and from each plant. All attendees of the event are required to use the transportation provided. Personal vehicles and individual transportation is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

Registration and attendance at the event constitutes the registrant's acceptance of the code of conduct. Any breach of these rules may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. For more information, see the full code of conduct.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI meetings and other activities associated with the event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations must be received by May 3, 2019. Cancellations received by this date will be fully refunded (minus a $25 administrative fee) within 30 days upon the conclusion of the event. 

Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Please direct all cancellation/refund and substitution requests to events@pci.org.

Payment

Payment in full is required to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from PCI Events. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
