Associate Member Sponsorships
We welcome sponsors at this event! Space is limited for tabletop exhibitors. There are (10) tabletop spaces located inside the reception space and business meeting room for a cost of $500/tabletop. There are an additional (5) tabletop spaces available in the foyer outside the reception and meeting room for $350/tabletop.
All sponsor companies and logos will be promoted in the program and email promotional communications. All tables are 30” x 6’.
Registration Information and Hotel Rate

Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Antitrust Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties.Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration closed Friday, February 3, 2023. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.
Payment
Payment in full prior to the event is required. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
