This production workshop is free, non-CEU, and open to PCI Members only.

PCI members are invited to attend the virtual Production Managers Workshop which will be held on May 27, 2021. The May topic is “How to Build a Safety Focused Culture – A Plant Safety Managers Perspective”. Safety Managers from Wells Concrete and Spancrete will discuss successful safety strategies they have applied over the years. These are powerful tools you can implement in your plant to develop and maintain a safety culture.

We encourage all plants - architectural, structural and transportation - to participate. Include your plant personnel and hold internal discussions after the meeting to adapt any ideas into your plant culture.
