This is a fun, family-friendly location and event.  Local attractions include the US Naval Academy, local tours through Watermark Cruises (Haunted Ghost Tour, Annapolis Ghost Tour, Pirate Adventure on the Chesapeake), great shopping and restaurant scene!  Please book accommodations based on family interest and your local stay.

    Keynote speaker: Chris Hindley, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, ALP Supply, entrepreneur/co-inventor of the Travel HoodiePillow, will share his Shark Tank experience.



Dress attire for the event is resort casual!

Registration Fees:

  • Members, guests, and children over 18 yrs: $125
  • Children under 18 yrs: Free
  • Tickets for the Cruise on the Catherine Marie: $50 for all adults over 18 yrs

Associate Member Sponsorship Opportunities
We welcome sponsors at this event!  Event sponsors will be communicated on event emails, in the program, and post-event survey.  Tabletop space in the main meeting room is limited.  Please select level of sponsorship at the time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card.

Sponsorship levels:

  • Platinum - $1,500:  Includes a tabletop + 5-minute presentation during business program
  • Gold - $1,000:  Includes a tabletop
  • Silver - $500:  Includes your company logo in meeting materials

Hotel Accommodations and Room Rate

Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Antitrust Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors our activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is your responsibility to read and understand this agreement.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration closes July 28, 2023. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.

Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from PCI Events. If you have not received your confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
