Associate Member Sponsorships
We welcome sponsors at this event! Event sponsors will be communicated on event emails, in the program, and post-event survey. Tabletop space in the main meeting room is limited. Please select level of sponsorship at the time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card.

Sponsorship levels:

• Platinum - $1,500
• Gold - $1,000
• Silver - $500

If you would like present during Associate Member Updates and Presentations, please contact Dawn Decker at dawn@pci-ma.org. Presentation time will be limited based on the number of requests.

Registration Information and Hotel Rate
You must make your own room reservation. Note: Preferred room based on if your family is accompanying you. A hotel discounted room rate of $175 at the Williamsburg Lodge has been negotiated; this rate and registration closes on July 13, 2022. Reserve your room by calling (800) 261-9530; please include the name of our event at the time of registration “PCI Mid-Atlantic Summer Event” to receive the group rate.

Dress Code
Business casual is required for the business meeting (no shirts and ties required). Resort casual is permitted for all other activities.

Agreements and Policies
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the PCI Code of Conduct and PCI Antitrust Policy. Any breach of these agreements may be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
Registration Closes July 13, 2022. All registration cancellations received in writing by this deadline, will be fully refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, within 30 days after the event. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Submit all requests to events@pci.org.

Payment
Payment in full prior to the event is required. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days after registering, please contact events@pci.org.
