CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. Online registration closes April 1, 2026. cancellations made in writing by March 12, 2026 will be fully refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations from March 13 thru April 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after April 1. Substitutions can be made at any time.
