REGISTRATION FEE
The meeting is free but registration is required. Deadline to register is June 5, 2026.
HOTEL
You must make your own hotel reservation separate from your conference registration. Book your group rate for the PCI Summer Board Meeting. Deadline to reserve your hotel room is May 28, 2026. Rates: $189 + $20 amenity fee and applicable state and local taxes

Parking: Hotel offers $32 valet parking per night for PCI attendees. Off Site garage parking is available: 10 Broadway, Asheville, NC across the street from Kimpton Hotel Arras.
Airport Information: The Asheville Regional Airport is located 20 minutes away from Hotel Arras. The Hotel Arras does not offer shuttle service.

Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
