Production Workshop 1: How Does Your Culture Affect Quality?

This workshop is non-CEU and open to PCI Members only.

We all miss the annual camaraderie of plant managers from around the country getting together to network and share ideas. The next best thing is to bring all of our talent together virtually.

PCI members are invited to attend the virtual Production Managers Workshop which will be held the third Thursday of the month beginning on January 21, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. This workshop will be held through GoToMeeting.

January’s topic will be “How Does Your Culture Affect Quality?" Three precast concrete producers will share how they prioritize quality in every aspect of their operation. There will be a question and answer period for the attendees to share how they prioritize quality in their plants.

January Speakers include:

  • Lee Baker, Gate Precast, Ashland, TN
  • John Clausen, Coreslab Structures, Los Angeles, CA
  • Chuck Wynings, Tindall, Petersburg, VA

We encourage all plants, architectural, structural and transportation to participate, include your plant personnel and hold internal discussions after the meeting to adapt any ideas into your plant culture.

Please note: While this is a free PCI workshop, it does not count toward a CEU credit. This workshop is available for PCI members only.

Registering: You must sign in to your PCI account and submit your order to receive the order confirmation and link to the webinar.
