Project/Precast Scope
- Tindall Corporation manufactured 1103 precast concrete pieces for the project, including architectural wall panels, individual components of full-round entasis columns, and corner cornices.
- Seventy-six different molds were built for the job, leveraging various materials and techniques, such as elastomeric “rubber,” fiberglass, wood, and more.
- Using precast concrete helped the project achieve a highly aggressive schedule. Production began in March 2022 with an erection start date of May 2022. The project was completed a year later, in May 2023.
