Proj Overview

The Victor is a 12-story, 377,000 square foot, 288 apartment mixed-use residential building. It has a 3-level, 138 space above grade parking garage, and 17,000 square feet of retail space.

The project includes 750 pieces of Architectural Precast cladding panels with both brick and textured concrete. Coreslab Structures, (Conn) Inc. manufactured all the precast. The use of precast panels aided in cost-savings with its rapid construction and low-maintenance, and assisted the builder in obtaining LEED Silver Certified credits.

The $97 million dollar project includes 2 rooftop lounges and a health club, and was built partially over two tunnels.
