Dave began his career with Prestressed Casting Co. and has continued to work for Prestressed Casting Co. for 32 years.  He has served both on the design side of the company as a Project Coordinator and Drafting Manager and on the project development side as a Technical Advisor, Estimator, and currently serves as Sales Manager.  Dave has extensive experience in the application of FEMA 361 and ICC500 requirements to commercial precast structures and has been involved in the development of over 150 FEMA projects during his career.
