The PCI room block is available at The Westin O’Hare, located at 6100 North River Road in Rosemont, IL. The group rate is $219 per night plus applicable taxes and has been extended through October 7, 2026.
Book online via the reservation link or by calling 1-888-236-2427 and referencing PCI CEO Summit. A first-night deposit or credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking, and cancellations must be made at least three days prior to arrival.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Discounted self-parking is available for PCI attendees at $26 per night.
The hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles from O’Hare International Airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle running daily from 5:00 AM to 1:40 AM, with departures every 20 minutes. Pick-up for terminals 1–3 is at Terminal 2, Lower Level (Door 2E), and for Terminal 5 at Door 5E. A corporate shuttle is also available Monday–Friday during peak morning and evening hours within a 3-mile radius.
Guests will enjoy easy access to the Blue Line train, nearby entertainment, shopping, and dining, along with on-site amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, restaurant, and Starbucks.
AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All registration cancellations received in writing by September 28, 2026 will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations between October 1-11, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after October 11. Submit
all requests to PCI Events.
