AGREEMENTS, POLICIES, AND CONSENT.
Registration constitutes your agreement to abide by the
PCI Antitrust
Policy, PCI
Code of Conduct, and PCI Conflict of Interest Policy. Any breach of these agreements may
be cause for event management to remove the individual from the event. Registration and attendance at, or
participation in, PCI events, meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to
the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs or videos of such
events and activities by PCI, PCI regional affiliates, and other third parties. Your registration may
include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance. It is
your responsibility to read and understand these agreements and policies.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All
registration cancellations received in writing by
April 5, 2026 will be fully refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations between April 6-20 will be 50% refunded. Due to financial
obligations, no refunds will
be provided after April 20. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND ROOM RATE. A hotel discounted room rate of $149/night + tax at the
Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel has been negotiated. Book your group rate for PCI Room Block. Deadline to reserve your room is April 13, 2026.
TABLETOP EXHIBITS AND SPONSORSHIPS. To secure a tabletop exhibit or sponsorship look through the Sponsorship Guide and Opportunities then contact
Natalie Martin. Once contracted, a promo code will be provided for one complimentary registration.
REGISTERING SOMEONE ELSE. Don't see an employee on your company roster? Contact your Company Administrator to add them to
the company roster. If you don't know your company admin, search for them on the PCI Resources page. Note: An
overnight refresh of the system is required before newly added employees will appear on the company roster. You will
be able to register them the next day.
PLANT AVAILABILITY NOTICE. Plant conditions may vary, and certain plants might not be fully
operational due to scheduled pouring activities, staffing constraints,
ongoing projects, or other operational considerations.
TRAVEL DEPARTURE RECOMMENDATION. We recommend that attendees schedule their return flights for May 8, following the final day of the event to help
ensure you don't miss your flight due to unexpected traffic or other
unforeseen circumstances.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY. Parking at many facilities may be limited or unavailable. We strongly
encourage all attendees to utilize the provided bus transportation each
day for convenience and to avoid parking issues.
